Spring Sports sign-ups are NOW open for 7th and 8th graders!
Sign-ups will be open until March 14th. This is a firm deadline.
There will be a Spring sports meeting on Tuesday, March 11th, at 6 pm in the KMS Lecture Hall for all parents.

All basketball games postponed for today, Thurs 1/9

Thursday, January 9th: Due to weather conditions through the notch, all basketball games have been postponed for today. There will also be no KMS practices after school.
Due to the anticipated weather forecast this afternoon and evening, there will be no KMS sports practices. Student-athletes should use their regular means of transportation directly after school. Thank you!

There is a KMS Winter Sports Parent Meeting for 7th & 8th graders is tomorrow, November, 12th at 6pm in the KMS Lecture Hall.
Our seasons depend on coaches; if you or anyone you know might be interested - please let me know.

Coaching positions can be applied for at www.sau9.org under the Careers tab. Lastly, don't forget to sign your student-athlete up ASAP by 11/15.

Good Afternoon - Due to today's weather and field conditions, field hockey and soccer games, and football practice have all been canceled - EXCEPT Cross Country; XC will practice as planned. Please reach out to your individual coaches with any questions. Thank you!

Information for the 2024 Kennett Middle School
Fall Sports Season
Registration Link - COMING SOON!
Kennett Middle School will offer the following sports in the fall to 7th & 8th graders: Field Hockey, Girls & Boys Soccer and Cross Country and Football. Preseason conditioning and practices will begin in mid-August, with football starting a bit earlier than the rest.
KMS 6th graders will continue with sports programming at Conway Rec and the other sport clubs and programs in MWV.
All sports information for preseason dates for Kennett Middle School will be announced on www.GoKMS.com in the upcoming weeks so the details and starting dates can be ironed out.

Good Morning KMS Sports Community,
Fall is here - leaves are starting to turn color and the mornings are crisp! Our teams are hard at work and busy with games and practices. Thank you to all who have come out to support our athletes and take in a game or meet. Here are a few reminders as we move forward with Fall sports, home games and after school events:
Parents pick ups - Parents should pick up their players at the football tower after school, after practices and after games. Please DO NOT LINE UP BY THE SAU9/KMS/Rec Courtyard. This creates a traffic jam and can easily be avoided. This is especially important for Football player pickups.
Students must be accompanied by a parent when coming to watch a game or meet and must be with them at all times. Students are not permitted to stay and hang out after school unsupervised.
Parking for Games/Meets: Parents should park by Conwa

The Kennett Middle School Athletic Department and the Conway Parks & Recreation Department are currently working together on plans for future sports activities at both the middle school and the recreation department in light of the new school configuration for the Conway School District elementary schools and middle school. Staff in both departments will be meeting regularly over the next several weeks to formulate a plan that will take into consideration all participants' best interest. We look forward to sharing our ideas with you in the near future.
